Cert transfer not working

Hello there,

 

 At my old company, I had certifications under my old email address, which I don't have anymore.  How do I transfer my certifications over to my new account without contacting my former employer?

thank you! To be sure, you want certifications transferred FROM dfarris@marketveep.com TO daveaf44@gmail.com? Please note that if there are any partner certifications, those may be lost in the process if the new email does not have partner permissions.
