Cert Transfer Email Never Arrived

SOLVE

Hello,

 

I'm working on trying to transfer a certification from my personal account to a work account at my new job. I went ahead and initiated the transfer to my new email but I never received an email with the transfer link. Nothing went to spam. Nothing at all. Help!

I do have the same problem. The mails never arrive. I will leave my current company and want to access my certificates later on and continue the courses. I'd be happy about any help.

I have the same technical issue. I want to transfer my certificates, but I never received a confirmation email. I also checked spam. 

 

old mail address: vandezande@bbc.be

new mail address: anneroos.vdz@gmail.com
