Cant take my course exams because the exam page never opens

Please I tried to take my exams on two certification courses but each time I click on "start exam", I get a message that I failed with a score of 0/60 when the exam questions did not open in the first place. 

Why is this so? Does it have to do with me using your free tools? Do I have to pay before I can take these exams?

Kindly inform me of this issue as it's getting frustrating.

Can you please test this out in an incognito window to see if you are getting the same result? I would like to eliminate the chance that you are caching. 

If you are still experiencing this error can you please provide screenshots. Screenshots help the community further diagnose what is happening on your end.

I just tried re-taking both exams on "Inbound" & 'Hubspot Reporting" and the same error occurred.

Hi Jennifer, thank you for your response.

I have tried taking the test in an incognito window and still experienced the same issue. However, I will take the screenshot when I try re-taking the test again in the next 12 hours then I will forward the screenshots to you.

After how many months I still cannot take my exams as the issue as still no been resolved.
