Cannot view or print my certificate

Hello,

Yesterday I completed the SEO course and passed the certification exam, yet I cannot view the certificate.  I have navigated to the right place to view it, but the certificate simply is not there, only a little square with a blue question mark inside.  How can I view my certificate?
