Hi HubSpot Community,
Now that I've left the company and my user has been deleted from HubSpot, is there a way to retrieve my certificates? I had also completed some certifications from my company account itself. I've been struggling with this. I had completed quite a few certifications so any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out! So to clarify, the email address that you transferred your certificates to has been deleted? Is there another email address we can transfer these to for access for you?

Hey @Atif - Great! Just to confirm, do you want all certs transferred from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com? Please note that depending on your HubSpot subscription (free under the gmail account), some certifications will not be transferred. For example, if you're a user in a Solutions Partner account, partner-specific certifications will not be transferred to a non-partner account. Just let me know if this is what you'd like to do and I get those transferred for you!

I'm aware that some certifications might not get transferred and that's totally fine too. It would be highly appreciated if you could send me a pdf for the same.
