In the playlist 'USING TICKET IN HUBSPOT' there is a practical exercise to 'CREATE A FILTER'.
I have followed these instructions as much as possible and have failed 5 times with no feedback. The AI Chatbot gives instructions that do not match the exercise or my view.
Please advise if there is an issue with this exercise as none of my team mates have been able to complete it either.
Surely you have a reporting feature that shows if TOO MANY people are not passing a simple exercise?
@JNowland Thank you for reaching out to the academy community board! I'm happy to help out with this. The exercise is looking for you to create a save a new filter. I would recommend creating a new view first and then filtering the tickets then saving on the new view
