Cannot access content for Service Hub Software course

Hello! I am here today asking because there is are several practice assignments on the Service Hub Software Course that I cannot get in to. I have the free trial and I can outside of assignments, but whenever I click to start, it removes my ability to. Help with this would be appreciated as I have finished every other part of the course.
