Can't see my courses in progress

Hi,

I completed the exam for Contextual Marketing this morning. I'd like to take the practical exercises to complete the certification but I can't find the course in my "in progress" page.

How do I go to complete the exercises?

Thanks for reaching out with this inquiry. I am seeing a successful attempt at the exam with no progress on the practicals. You are likely not seeing any progress here in your "My Learning" section because of that lack of interaction with the exercises themselves. You can start those practicals by searching for the course name "Contextual Marketing" or click here. 🙂

Not sure what's going on there.

Regardless of what it shows in the "my learning" display if you have practical exercises you should be able to go to the course in the catalog and complete them from there. If you go to the exam and have completed it there should be links to the practical exercises you need to complete (or need to be graded) before you will get your certification.
