Can't access the practical exercises for the marketing-software-certificate

I've finished marketing software certificate apart from the practical exercises. It says they are not available to me and that I need an upgraded version, even though our company im associated with has the enterprise version. Some colleagues were also able to do them but we cannot figure out why my account does not have access.
