Hi Hubspot,
I have since finished all my classes and exercises for the Digital Marketing Certification Course. At the point of Taking the Exam for the course, I got to a page (copy attached) that said I did not make the grade required to pass WHEN IN FACT I HAVE NOT SEEN OR TAKEN THE EXAM AT ALL.
I was advised to wait 12hours to try again, which i did. But I still get the same message.
I went on to Log out of my Hubspot Academy Account and even cleared the Cache of my Browser...I logged in again after 12hours and I am still getting the same error.
Kindly help resolve the issue as I need to take the exam and get my certificate.
I do hope I get a prompt response. Thank you so much!
