Can I reverse search my certificate ID to find the right account?

I took 2 certifications back when I was in college and I can't seem to find the account I took them with. How can I go about finding that account email if I have the certificate ID?

I can’t remember the email I used. That was the main reason I want to see
if I can find the email I used using the ID number on the certification.

@MSkaggss Unfortunately everything is tied to an email and I would need an email to look up the certificate.
