Hi All! Whilst it is good to be able to see training progress for your team I would like to suggest a new feature that allows you to recommend HS Academy training to colleagues. I would find this a great admin time saver with my team to point them in the direction of some of the fantastic training content that exists on HS academy. At present I have to make a note of the course title and then remember to tell them at some later point in time about the training and how it would be relevant to them. Equally I would like my team to share with other colleagues if they find some great training content.
If you use any of HubSpot's Professional tools, you could use HubSpot's Project tools to manage this. You could create a project in HubSpot called <<Learning Pathway>>, and then create tasks in the project which are titled with the specific Academy courses, and link each task to the relevant Academy course by dropping in the Academy URL. Projects could be based on the type of roles you have, and the learning relevant for the role <i.e. learning pathway for sales will different for learning pathway for marketing>. You could then replicate the project for each new staff member that came on, and rename it "<<staff member name>> <<Marketing>> Learning Pathway", so they can keep track of what courses they need to do, by when.
We're a HubSpot partner that's really focused on training / empowering teams so they can in-house HubSpot rather than rely on external partners to deliver; to do this, we've created curated themed learning pathways that reflect a users role, and use workflows that trigger send of the right content to the right user over a focused learning period. Then, we cement HubSpot Academy training with 1-on-1 coaching to really nail the tools. Hope that's been helpful or given you some ideas?
This is a great suggestion, however I've discovered that unfortunately it doesn't work if your Sales team doesn't have Marketing access in your account.
