If you use any of HubSpot's Professional tools, you could use HubSpot's Project tools to manage this. You could create a project in HubSpot called <<Learning Pathway>>, and then create tasks in the project which are titled with the specific Academy courses, and link each task to the relevant Academy course by dropping in the Academy URL. Projects could be based on the type of roles you have, and the learning relevant for the role <i.e. learning pathway for sales will different for learning pathway for marketing>. You could then replicate the project for each new staff member that came on, and rename it "<<staff member name>> <<Marketing>> Learning Pathway", so they can keep track of what courses they need to do, by when.
We're a HubSpot partner that's really focused on training / empowering teams so they can in-house HubSpot rather than rely on external partners to deliver; to do this, we've created curated themed learning pathways that reflect a users role, and use workflows that trigger send of the right content to the right user over a focused learning period.
