Hi, @GBarrios6 👋 These suspensions are handled by the HubSpot team and are not something the community can assist with. You should have a banner, and if there are remediation steps, they will be listed there. 

From the Account Suspension FAQ: "...you'll see a banner alert message in your account for the impacted tool with details about the suspension. If the suspension can be appealed, you can click the button in the message to provide more information about your business and how you're using this tool in your account." — Jaycee
