Ads demo page not loading

Hello, I just completed the "Digital Advertising" certificate but when I open the link to the "Ads demo" page, the link takes me to a black page. I have also tried opening this link from the main navigation menu but I got the same result.

Thanks for reaching out today! I've just attempted to load the URL shared and I am seeing content come through - included are some screenshots of what I see. Can you please attempt to load this URL on an incogntio browser window? We may be seeing a caching issue at play here.
