I have been working on the HubSpot Sales Software certification. To complete, there have been several exercises to complete. However, I have liimted access within my portal and cannot speciailly "create a deal". The button is disabled by my employer and therefore I cannot compelte this exercise, and cannot complete my certification.
Please advise how I can be exempt from this exericse.
Unfortunately, you can't. Why don't you go to your HubSpot Admin with your laptop and asking to grant permission for the timebeing of the exercice. You can even proceed with the exercice next to him then he'll remove the access.
