I earned Content Marketing certificate, but pdf file of certificate is not available

All went nicely and smoothly till I pass the exam, but then suddenly certificate comes in jpg form which I hate. Most of similar bodies offer the certificate in pdf form. but Why hubspot? jpg file is horrible when print. 

Could somebody pls help me to get the pdf form of my certificate.

Short term solution: You are more than welcome to send your jpeg to me via email and I'll send it back to you as a PDF.
