I am Rodrigo Correia, from Sao Paulo, Brazil. I am a former teacher, sales manager in the education industry who has recently joined the Strategic Planning and Performace division as a Process Development Manager.

I am responsible for designing, developing and/or enhancing processes for both the sales and retention teams.

Hubspot plays a major role in my area, enabling teams to find suitable information for managing those processes, as well as providing essential tools to complete vital tasks. I am a frequent user of Marketing Hub Enterprise, Sales Hub Professional and Operations Hub professional.

My goal here is to continually learn from the Hubspot community as well as to contribute as much as possible in return.

Hi, I'm Jeanna. After several years of building websites for friends and fun, I've decided to leap into doing it for a living. I started as a content writer writing for other website designers. I love learning about new things and writing about what I've learned, and as I former writing professor, it's a skill that I have developed very well, but writing doesn't give me the creative outlet that building websites do. Also, because I was writing for other agencies and anonymous companies, I didn't get the reward of watching the content stats. And when those stats are good, I get a huge boost in moral. When they are bad, I am very motivated to do better. Today, I'm getting all those benefits by offering my clients website design, content writing, and SEO. And I'm getting paid to do it.

I've just started using Hubspot, so I'm not exactly sure how that's going to develop. Right now, I am just developing an understanding of all the tools and their uses. In the future, I hope to be able to provide my clients with Hubspot (CRM) consulting and a service that helps them implement it into their business. 

In this community, I would like to be known for my growth. I want people to say, "Jeanna has come so far. We've watched her develop her skills and evolve into a very talented service provider."

This is Hashir. I'm a Digital Marketing student.

It's been three months I guess, that I started learning Digital Marketing. 

I completed first course "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" offered by Google. I started just sort of to get certificate and show it in my resume.

But at the end I was like complete into it. And started searching for more courses in Digital Marketing. 

Then, I found out HubSpot Academy which offers free courses. I enrolled in the Digital Advertising course....Long story short, I have learned a lot about Digital Marketing and still learning more to update my knowledge and skills.

Hello! I'm Victoria and I'm a CRM Manager for a fintech startup in Chicago. While I've been in my current role for 14 months and have been using Hubspot the entire time, I just found this group recently and decided to join. 

A little bit about me: I'm born and raised in Atlanta and started my career on Mailchimp's tech support team before moving on to a fintech that used Pardot. However one pandemic later (and one pandemic layoff), I decided to move to Chicago to work as a database marketing specialist at ActiveCampaign. Ultimately the desire to build a CRM from scratch in an easily scalable, automated way for a small company proved the deciding factor to go back into fintech, and it's been the best learning experience I could've asked for. 

My current role initially involved managing the full implementation of Marketing Hub Enterprise for my company and transitioning all of our marketing channels and reporting from Pardot to Hubspot. After many bumps in the road during implementation, I've managed to turn my company's entire marketing approach around to be more automated, intuitive, and transparent. Leadership liked the changes so much that I'm now implementing Sales Hub Enterprise for the company alongside our Sales Ops team! 

While I consider myself to be an average Hubspot user, my goal is to be known as a resource for providing automation and integration guidance for other Hubspot marketers. I've still got plenty to learn on my own, but I hope I can help others in the community learn and accomplish their goals in the same way I've been helped throughout my career. 

Feel free to send me a message anytime! Whether you have questions about Hubspot or need recommendations for things to do/see/eat in Chicago, I have answers for both. 🙂

An idea worth spreading

The comforting thing for any startup founder is to know that you’re not alone on this journey. you’re not the first person to experience these challenges and you’ll certainly not be the last! Combining & link things is the key idea for any business success. but how it works? I emphasize as a business leader that every department of the business must have a link to combine with other departments and works together to reach the purpose of its organization. about links, we need to know what it looks like, how it's work, and how to use them. links can be an internal network, software on the internet, or shifting to cloud solutions. every business must have talented employees to support those links besides keeping learning the whole organization's employees in a cooperative business environment. this approach provides something we call data flow between every part of the organization like marketing, sales, customer service, PR, and so on which provides facilitates to employees and end users it does leave a perfect experience and a good impression it will reflect a very high revenue. Combining things is a strategic way more than talent. It needs a framework and a plan to implement but in our digital competitive age, it needs a digital transformation leader who has a vision and is aware of emerging new digital trends.

I think I am gonna call my blog (fr) ''Le Conseiller Décoiffé'' (en) ''The scruffy Consultant'' 😁 it's shows very well the humoristic side of my personnality. Put it this way I was a very serious guy 45 years ago, I just don't know what happend along the way?

I'm an independant Management Consultant so my blog should be about the day to day events, some personnal stories, I might be helping others if need be, I probably will have some technical content but most importantly it will be relax, that's for sure.
