Huge fan of Hubspot, and have dabbled with a Starter Plan for my own use for a few years doing freelance work. I have a background in sales for 20 years in sales selling a lot to SMB and also Enterprise. Looking to see how I can learn all I can with HubSpot and see how I can marry this with future work leveraging HubSpot for sales processes for small businesses.
My name is Yoel Ben-Avraham from Israel. Inbound has been my passion since reading the book "Inbound" way back. Eventually, I became a user of HubSpot around 2010? and I've been a user and promoter ever since. Just recently I joined a HubSpot Partner as their HubSpot Tech Support.
Hi, I'm Daledrey and am currently a student and project coordinator on a modernization project for the government. I truly believe that through digital transformation, good e-governance and egovernment services provided by the government to the public and private sectors can improve tremendously. By enabling faster responses and access to information customers can improve their businesses and interactions with the public service
I'm the Head of Customer Success for Virtuoso.qa, a software testing automation platform, and I'm spending a lot of time working with HubSpot to ensure that the company has full visibility of renewals, risk accounts, customer communications and much more. Loving using the platform!
Hi, My name is Terry and I'm not sure that I am in the right place here! Let me explain.
I run a franchised business in the UK. My franchisees want to send regular, monthly or bi-monthly emails to their customers, but either doesn't have the time or understanding of Hubspot. I write the emails in HubSpot and I am looking for a solution to get them sent for my franchisees. I am not looking for an agency that will charge a fortune for the service, anyone got any ideas please?
Hi @TerryNicholson . It would be either you, your franchisees or an agency. Now, if you create the emails, I would say that the most difficult part it is already done. The other would be to update, maintain and segment the database. Where do you struggle actually? What is the pain point? For an agency, this might even not make sense from a business perspective - it could be a too small task. But I might be wrong - how many franchisees do you have? Looking at this from yet another perspective - the only way to make your franchisees to use Hubspot, is to do 2 things - training and discipline. And don't assume that one training session will be enough. You will need at least a few sessions (the first will be training, the following more likely assists), and then you need to have a task management system of some sort (Hubspot can help with that too) that reminds everyone to do their thing (with you checking in, at least for a few months). Hope it helps in some way.
Hi @TerryNicholson. Are the conacts for each of your franchisees in your HubSpot portal? If you write the emails, you can send from the conact owner (the franchisee) on their behalf so it appears very personalized. That's one of the beautiful features of HubSpot!
Did my answer help? Please "mark as a solution" to help others find answers. Plus I really appreciate it!
Hi everyone! My name is Daniella Weston* Cunningham *all my emails are Weston, my maiden name, because it's shorter!
What do you do? - I've been implementing HubSpot at companies since 2016. I started out in house, went to consulting and am back in house at an event software company.
How do you use HubSpot? - Automation, CRM, Sales enablement. Although I've used it for email marketing, I wouldn't consider that my forte. I have a passion for CLEAN DATA since garbage in, means garbage out. I recently started managing an SDR and could definitely use some connections who have experience in that realm.
What you would like to be known for in our community? - I've been called a HubSpot Hotshot in several roles, and hope to maintain that title moving forward! Haha! I'd like to become an expert in sales enablement.
What's an area that I can grow in? - Reporting. I am great at USING HubSpot and taking mental notes of my successses within the tool, but I'd like to be better about putting hard numbers around my efforts and showing tangible results to those who aren't involved in the day-to-day use of the tool.
Hi everyone! I have a BS in Visual Communications and a minor in Creative Writing, and have been working for an equipment manufacturer in the window and door industry for 4.5 years. I've been fortunate to have experience in marketing for charitable organizations as well as large corporations. There are distinct differences in the marketing approach for both, and I hope to be able to share some of that knowledge with others using this platform.
I've been using HubSpot Marketing Hub to send eblasts to customers, develop blog content, and view valuable analytics that help me understand how my inbound marketing efforts contribute to overall equipment and eCommerce spare parts sales.
I really enjoy HubSpot Academy--the way the info is presented and the resources each lesson provides has been so helpful. I even discovered some additinoal career development events that are on my radar to attend!
Please forgive me as I'm very crude as I have never used CRM System. My PA has assisted to input all my contacts. The intention is to have a paper trail from first contact to completion.
I'm involved in referrals with specialist in the field attending to first introduction and possibly 2nd meeting with clients, than my task is completed. I do bit of coaching, strateging planning etc.
I'm an administrator for a real estate firm in South Africa and i'm so excited to learn about you all and some of the challenges and solutions with working on Hubspot. The journey so far has been enlightening and positive.
Hi! I'm Aine Mc Donnell, I work for tech startup Olive Technologies. We build software to help consultants and IT leaders source technologies that drive digital transformation!
I am looking to connect with other lean marketing teams who use Hubspot, and figure out ways to maximize automation, doing more with less resources, so we can focus on the FUN STUFF!
Was just invited to be a HubFan. I am currently the Head of Marketing at the Arrowsmith Program. I have been using HubSpot Marketing since 2011 and love how strong, mighty and sticky it has become. Each new feature makes it easier to sell the platform to the financial approvers in the organizations I've worked at. My favourite thing is going into one of the tools and realising it was been revamped with all the things I had wished for in the past.
We are just about to work with one of the HubSpot partners and build a new website in HubSpot. I am looking forward to when everything is all integrated (bye bye Wordpress).
Looking forward to connecting and networking with you all! In the meantime feel free to add me to LinkedIn.
