Hello!

I am the HubSpot Administrator and CRM architect at our SaaS company with about 230 employees. I started and built out our Hubspot portal for sales and marketing from nothing. I have been doing this for almost 3 years now.

Hey there! I took over a nonprofit about 6 months ago and have been teaching myself how to do everything. I wanted something to help keep everything organized and in one spot. I use HubSpot to keep track of chats/calls that come through my Google Business page, and the analytics gives me so much more info I could ask for with for our social media pages. I've been integrating other apps and setting up what I can like the email marketing for when our newsletter is ready to send out. Instead of getting deals/leads, I'll be able to track donors and grants. I love what I do, and everything is coming together despite some drama haha. Adding team members is going to be something I won't be able to live without. I added a volunteer who has been helping me with a bunch of projects, and now I won't have to worry so much if I am away from my phone or laptop. I'm extremely happy with HubSpot. For one thing I would change/improve? That's tough, but I have one even though it may be user error. I set up notifications for certain things like calls, and the notifications go to my email. Sometimes I don't see it for a long time, though, because of how many other emails I get. Is there a way I can get push notifications or anything like that? I haven't explored everything on here, so I could have missed it. It's definitely a minor problem, and it's really only my problem haha, but I am loving HubSpot, I'm an organization nerd so having all these great features that don't cost a thing is almost surreal haha.
