I was a pro user and have downgraded to free - I am trying to delete templates that were part of a sequence. I cannot do so because I must first delete them from the sequence. But I cannot access the sequence because it's now a free account. How can I delete all my sequences and templates?
This is a known issue. Forutnately, the HubSpot Community managers are helping users with deletion over in this thread. I'd recommend you hop over there, add your request and share your portal ID.
