The emails I send are not reaching their recipients

Hi. The emails I send are not reaching their recipients. Not even putting my gmail as sender, with which Hubspot changes it to @hubspotfree.net, nor with my domain name. No mail works. The delivery rate is 100% but our contacts say they doesn't receive the emails, not even in spam. What can I do? A service that sends email and doesn't send emails?

Lamento que te este sucediendo esto, supongo entonces que has chequeado todas las recomendaciones de configuracion.

Sí, hemos configurado dos correos, uno con nuestro dominio y otro con gmail y de ninguna manera llega. Esto está pasando a algunos contactos, no a todos, pero sí son muchos.
