Hi all was working well. I use Chrome. I can see the Hubspot plugin at the right of my web address bar. Though I have just realised that since a day or two ago it has stopped giving me the option to track or log emails. Gmail looks "normal" as it did before, though Hubspot at the top is telling me it is active and has access to the site. I did have some issues with Gmail where I ended up removing some Groups I'd created and instead creating Google Usernames. There was a temporary issue a few days ago with the MX records, but it's all sorted now. Emails are all coming through, though no tracking is even an option currently. Really important! Thanks J

The solution was to restart Chrome.

Also Ctrl-F5 does a hard refresh and can get the scripts etc working.

Hi @BlueJaySocial,

 

It sounds like the issue is that the extension is no longer showing up in Gmail, is that correct?

 

Can you please try deleting and readding the extension? Additionally, are other users in your portal experiencing this issue? 

 

If you can send along screenshots, that would be great!
