stop tracking

I have started an email conversation, with the first email being tracked.. but at this point it has over 100 replies (follow-up emails) and I get a notification every time someone opens any of the emails.

Even though these are not tracked anymore.

Is there a way to stop this?

Only this one email thread eats up all of my 200 free monthly notifications.

Hi Jessica,
I followed the answer in that topic, but the option to 'unfollow' the specific contact is greyed out for me.
