"Deceptive site ahead" errors in Gmail

We're receiving this "Deceptive site ahead" message in Google Chrome when trying to send any emails via Gmail when using the Hubspot extension.

Can anyone help?

A browser's Deceptive Site Ahead warning indicates that the user's requested website may contain malicious or phishing content or otherwise be insecure. This precaution allows users to avoid visiting potentially harmful websites online. Such websites frequently advertise software that many security programs have identified as potentially unwanted, as well as infamous spyware/malware programs, misleading software bundles, and websites that imitate other well-known websites.
