how to write emails

Hey all,

in the Deals you have plenty of opportunities, one of them is called "email". Part of that is to add recipients. We do have some contacts but whenever I try to write an email I cannot add a recipient.

Any idea?

Where are the recipients coming from?

On the deals page, where I believe this is from, you can only choose contacts that are associated with that deal. To add a contact, scroll down the page a bit and add them from your existing database, or create a new one. Alternatively, you can CC or BCC another contact.
