Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I went ahead and removed your screenshot for privacy reasons because it contained a personal email address. 

 

This could be just a temporary connection issue - I'd recommend turning your Chrome extension off and then back on again. If that won't help, please uninstall the extension, clear browser cache and then reinstall it.
