email tracking

When I open an email, email notifications pops-up with a contacts name which the email was sent to. 

How can I fix this?

- I have blocked my ip adress. But that is for not showing my name in the notification pop-up. So that works fine. 

- Should I exclude my *@mydomain.com for emailtracking, to fix the problem. I am not sure what this excluding is all about.
