I thought if a customer emailed me, it would ring a tone and I would get a popup. I don't get anything. I have switched them all on, bell, popup and browser. I did a bell test and that worked fine.
Not seeing any emails come in from customers on the site

Hi @WStorage,
Sometimes it's a matter of disabling all notifications before re-enabling them, as stupid as that sounds. Could you try?
