Wrong user logged in email activity (gmail)

With one user specifically, "Holly", we are seeing all her email activity being logged as a seperate user "Christian".

 

The contact has Contact Owner = Holly.

The Recent Communications section shows "Christian" sent an email to the contact.

But when clicking on "email", it shows clearly that it was sent by Holly.

I've checked and Holly is logged into HubSpot correctly and connected her gmail correctly.

It's happened to a few contacts where Holly is being logged as Christian.

 

Any likely causes of this?

Issue resolved by the very helpful Mark on webchat. Christian had also been added as a contact in the system, and Holly's email had been added to Christians record as an additional email, hence why it was being logged.
