My new mail cannot be displayed as "open", so I don’t know if the customer has opened my mail. Sometimes the extension cannot be automatically logged in.
I tried the following, but it didn't solve my problem:
Troubleshooting steps -Switch email to HTML mode -Uninstall and reinstall the Chrome extension -Make sure the "Log" and "Tracking" settings are enabled
As I said above, I have already contacted your online customer service and tried all the above methods, such as uninstalling and reinstalling. But my mail only displays "sent", not "open". And no tracking records can be seen in the activity feed section.
