When I try to install the Gmail extension I get an "app is blocked" message


Hi, I had the extension on my Gmail and it was working great until this morning it wasn't appearing on my Gmail even though it was installed so I thought I would reinstall. Now I'm getting a message saying the app is blocked because the app tried to access sensitive info. Help?

It appears this is something that will need to be fixed in the Google workspace:

  1. Navigate to your Google Workspace Admin dashboard.
  2. In the top search bar, search for "API Controls" and select the option nested under "Security."
  3. Click “Manage Third Party Access” on the right side of the page
  4. Search for “HubSpot” on the page. If it is present, click the row to adjust the settings. Under App Access, set the application to Trusted: Can access all Google services.
  5. Click Save to update the app settings to Trusted.

After you have made those changes, I would recommend installing the Extension Again.
