I am new to Hubspot and can't seem to use the features included in my subscription. Please see attached screenshot. I have updated Chrome and the issue remains. Any help would be appreciated. Yes, I have already contacted tech support without success.

Hi @BBCLT, updating Chrome is definitely a step in the right direction!
Perhaps you can also try the steps outlined in this article here, I've also found that this issue can persist if there are third-party extensions such as McAfee Web Protector. You may also want to try disabling those, clearing your browser cache 'from all time', closing all windows and trying again.

Issue remains unsolved after several chats with customer support and after uninstalling both the extension and Chrome. Having only a starter account I do not qualify for remote assist. This **bleep** paying for a service that you actually cannot use.
