Unable to see activity feed for Personal email

Hi everyone,

 

I have connected my Team email and my Personal email to HubSpot, however, when I go to Activity Feed I see only Team email tracking.

 

Is there a away to switch the view to a Personal email tracking?

Hello @gilespy,

 

When you are sending emails from your personal inbox outside of HubSpot, are you checking the box "track " and "log" in your emails? This will ensure to track your emails and log into the contact activity.

 

If not you will need to install the Hubspot extension ( more information here).
