Unable to create inbox for this user (Zoho Mail error)

I have tried to integrate Zoho Pro Mail using imap, but unfortunately I get the error "Unable to create inbox for this user".

I'm sure that IMAP and SMTP settings are correct, and two-factor authentication is disabled.

Hi @diegofersan This HubSpot Academy resource explains the technical requirements for connecting IMAP. Please ensure that Zoho Mail meets these requirements.
