Tracking is not working when email is scheduled for later

Email tracking is not working when I am scheduling the email on my G-Suite for later. Below screenshots is the process of email sent.

Hello!

Over a year later here, but I myself have just experienced the same issue. All emails (>150) in the current outreach group were tracked, excluding 40 additional that were scheduled to send the following morning. Has there been a solution found here?

Firstly, I apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. Are you still experiencing this issue? 

 

Is the email not logging or tracking within your account, or is it just the tracking information that is not working when you use the schedule later tool?

Hi there, I'm having this issue - and to answer your question, scheduled emails are being neither logged nor tracked.

Could you please provide us more information on your specific case, did this started happening recently? Is all the emails schedule not being tracked of just some?

What is your email server and what is the email version you have installed currently?

Thanks Pam. It's all emails and it's only started recently. 

 

I use Google Suite for email - not sure how to check the email version.

My recommendation would be following the steps on this article here, also disconnecting and reconnecting the integration may help with the tracking in your account.
