I have Deals selected in my Log and track settings in the Gmail Extension but when I go to Log a Deal to an email, no deals are showing up. Even when I try to search the Deal name there no results found.
I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription. They have access to internal troubleshooting tools and will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter. When you contact our Support team, I would recommend including a screenshot and any pertinent examples in your ticket.
