Sync Gmail associated email only

Hi!

I've just signed up with Hubspot CRM free

I am currently using my website emails with Gmail (ex. info@mywebsite.com)

and I wanted to sync only the "xxx@mywebsite.com" related email

not all the email from the gmail account.

Any way how can I do that?

Hi @feedle6, Welcome to the Hubspot Community.

Hubspot Sales will only track emails or log them in your CRM when you check the checkboxes indiciating that you want to.  With a connected inbox, if someone replies to an email that you logged in the CRM, their response will automatically be logged in the CRM.  Your entire inbox won't automatically sync with Hubspot Sales.

I'm using Close.io and just started moving to hubspot CRM. But I don't see any synced emails 😞

In Close.io - if my email is connected and the lead with a current email exists - these emails will appear automatically in my CRM. How to do that in Hubspot? I imported almost 5,000 contacts - there should be a way of syncing these emails right?
