Stop Tracking Out of Office for Users/Teams

Hello,

Some users' out of office emails are being tracked as Activities and not for other users are not.

How can I make it consistent for all users?

Are there any differnces in the set-up of these OOO emails? For example? do they have different subject lines? are they all set-up on the same email provider? 

There must be something about the OOO emails that are not being tracked that makes HS skip them.
