Snippets not Working in Gmail

I have been trying to use the snippets in gmail, but when I type the hashtag and then the name of the snippet it does not work for me. Can anyone help?

This is strange because it was working for me for a while and now it doesn't. I'm using the gmail client.

Hi @CJones67,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!  

I can confirm that this is expected behaviour: using the "#" shortcut key for snippets is currently not supported in your connected email client. You would need to click on "Snippets" in the HubSpot tool bar and then select the snippet manually, as described here.
