When I let my customer access my calendar online, they can create a meeting.

How can I ask Hubspot integration to ask Googgle Calendar to create the meeting in my calendar WITH a web meeting link active & send the info back to my customer ?

Hi @RLemaire,

You can automatically add a Google Meet to each invite by enabling this Google option: https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/9896448?hl=en When a meeting is booked through your meeting link, the Google Meet link will automatically be added.

Is that what you were referring to? If not, could you specify your question / give an example?

Thx for this tip. The option is set, but this doesn't make the persons booking an invite via Hubspot online calendar to receive a GMeet meeting link, not my meetings in my agenda to have this GMeet link... which I Cannot add after the appointment is created :??? Strange because for other meetings, I can.
