Reply to wrong mail account

Hi,

I connected my Gmail Workspace account to my Hubspot account. When I have sent an e-mail, I sometimes receive the reply on that mail on the mail account that I used to send the e-mail. But sometimes I receive the reply on my main Google Workspace account.

So for example:
- Sent an e-mail with menno@account2.nl (alias)
- Received the reply on menno@account1.nl (main account Google Workspace)

How can I make sure that I receive the mails only on the address where I did send the mail with? I only want the receivers to see the alias account and not the main account name.

Hey @MennoStudentz have you verified the email address you're sending from within HubSpot?

Or are you sending these emails via your gmail inbox? HubSpot doesn't handle any mail routing, this would be handled by your inbox. So I would suspect this has been either the wrong email address selected or your inbox is routing the alis directly to the main email.
