I am constantly using templates and updating senders and it is VERY annoying it pops up EVERY email.

How do I HIDE/TURN OFF this option?

Hi @hd-cp21,

There isn't a specific settings to turn this pop up off, unfortunately.

How exactly are you composing emails? If you're creating a new email for each recipient, you shouldn't see this.

Best regards!

Hi @CSIMMONS65

Thanks for your comment! To ensure your question or topic gets the best visibility and a wider range of responses from the community, it's usually best to start a new thread rather than adding to an older one.

A fresh post will help your query stand out to everyone who browses the forum, increasing the chances of someone with relevant insights or solutions seeing and responding to it quickly.

Hi I have te exact same problem. This usualy happens when for example using a template and inserting a new word like Hi [Company Name]. It is so anoing and frustrating at the same time that in 3 years there has been no update in terms of setting to turn this annoyance off.

Hey @JLucido, what are the steps you have taken to reproduce this? Since this post is from 2022, I want to make sure I have this updated.

The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

Thank you,

Pam
