Received 625/200 notifications and cannot receive more - why is it not resetting?
Hi,
I was just talking to someone on the chat because I am no longer receiving notifications when my contacts open my emails. Customer service told me I should be able to receive 200 notifications a month and that this is set back to 0 at the beginning of each calendar month. I have double checked all my settings on my Gmail extension and on the Hubspot website itself and they are definitely correct.
However, if I click on the Hubspot icon by my browse bar, it tells me I have received 625 notifications out of 200 and I need to upgrade to receive more. What is going on? Why is it not resetting to 200 monthly? How can I fix this?
