I'm having this issue too. Followed all the steps in this thread, updated, uninstalled., reinstalled.... still no tracking check box when I want to send a gmail through hubspot. Any other ideas that woud help?

Can you clarify if the issue is that the emails are not tracked with the Chrome extension, or is that the "Track" checkbox is not appearing in Gmail?
Could you take a screenshot and share it in this thread?
Is this happening with all emails and all users?
