Not getting Chrome pop ups on mac Monterey

I recently installed a new OS, Monterey, on my Mac, and I stopped getting the chrome pop ups when a tracked email is opened.  Can someone advise how to restore this function?  I have already tried adding hubspot to sites that allow cookies and also those which allow notifications and pop ups, on the Chrome settings. Nothing seems to work.
