Not able to reply to emails

I installed the HubSpot extension and now in Email I cannot reply to or forward an email. I have updated Chrome and the extension. Also. The Hubdoc side bar on the right ... I am NOT able to close it. The side bar is always open.

I discovered that you cannot hace tracking for both BombBomb and Hubsport working at the same time. Freaks out the system.

Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the extension?

If this is still happening, can you explain a bit more what is happening:

- when you try to reply or forward an email

- when you try to close the sidebar

Do you have an error message? If yes, can you send us a screenshot?
