No Templates appearing in Gmail

Hello everyone!

I'm having the same issues, when tapping on "Templates" it saying that I don't have any even though I have one in my Hubspot account. If I tap on "View all", the screen goes blank and nothing happen. I've tried to look at the extension so of you are mentioning but didn't seem to do anything.

Anyone can help.

Can you please try the following steps: 

• Could you please confirm that this behavior happens across all browsers including incognito mode?
• Also can you please test by turning off any extensions or AdBlockeres you have installed in your browser as this may cause some conflict.
• Can you try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page?
