Regarding setting up automatic logging, while you can send emails through the HubSpot app (and they will log and track) any other automatic forwarding/bcc'ing would be determined within your email system.

Sorry mate what does this mean for emails sent via gmail? You mean there is no add-on to automatically log emails? We have to bcc every time, is that right? Cheers
