Is there a way to set up automatic logging and tracking on an iPhone, either through the mail app; gmail app or gmail through the google chrome app?

could not find extensions in the google app?

Hi @gelflex-cc,

There is a mobile application board in the CRM & Sales Hub on the Community for mobile app questions.

Regarding setting up automatic logging, while you can send emails through the HubSpot app (and they will log and track) any other automatic forwarding/bcc'ing would be determined within your email system.

Sorry mate what does this mean for emails sent via gmail? You mean there is no add-on to automatically log emails? We have to bcc every time, is that right? Cheers

Are you referring to sending emails via Gmail on your desktop or via mobile?

If you a referring to a mobile device, adding the BCC each time is correct.
