Manually adding new emails to track?

I have a little query about the email tracking feature in Hubspot.
I currently track my work email address, and also have my colleagues' emails in the system (these were by accident!). I wanted to know if there was a way to add an email address to this list so I could track it without it being an accident? No worries if not, I am rather curious about the process.
