Manually adding new emails to track?

Hello everyone!

 

I have a little query about the email tracking feature in Hubspot.

I currently track my work email address, and also have my colleagues' emails in the system (these were by accident!). I wanted to know if there was a way to add an email address to this list so I could track it without it being an accident? No worries if not, I am rather curious about the process.

Hi @blackboxavholly! Thanks for your post!

 

One HubSpot Sales account can track as many email addresses as you'd like. Multiple HubSpot Sales accounts should not be created to track multiple Email Accounts. (Can HubSpot Sales track more than one email address?)

 

To connect your additional inboxes to HubSpot Sales, navigate to Settings > Email Integrations and click Connect your email on the Connected Emails tab. You can find instructions on connecting your inbox here

 

There is no action required to start tracking a new email address. As long as you have HubSpot Sales installed in one of our supported mail clients, the ability to track emails will appear automatically.

Thanks for your reply! is this the only way to add emails to track currently? There's no way to be able to just type in an email?

Hi @tniland,

 

Just following up my second question with you. So, there isn't a way to be able to type in an email address to track? It has to be done through the Gmail intergration?
